beating the heat

 It has been hot.  Miserable hot.  I was worried that last year we may have just been lucky not to have weather like this until the end of July.  Then I heard the other day that the record was tied for the hottest day since 1880.  So thankfully, I think is abnormal...or at least I am praying it is abnormal.  We bought some water balloons and let the girls go crazy on the trampoline.  It was a hit!

 Heidi has become quite the water balloon girl.  Jeff showed her how to use our little pump to tie them and she goes out with her sisters multiple times a day and fills a bunch up for them and then they splash each other and giggle.  It has become a great summer activity!  We are hoping to move on June 29 so we are praying the heat wave ends soon!
