relay for life flamingoes

 We were "flocked" last week. What that means is that a flock of flamingos is placed on your lawn as part of a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.  You place a donation in the envelope and the flock moves to a new home.  The funny part was that the girls were obsessed with these flamingos.  They went and played near them all night and then made name tags for them.  It was hilarious.  They tied the name tags around the flamingos necks with pipe cleaner.  I am not sure how long the name tags lasted, but it was a cute little idea and project Heidi had and it kept the girls busy the whole night!
